Congalsa facing the future: the best way to predict your future is to create it

We are very excited to announce the launch of Congalsa’s new corporate video, showcasing the pillars of our work philosophy and what defines Congalsa as an organization: sustainability, continuous improvement and the most valuable asset of our company, people.

In this new video, we intend to share with our audience the values ​​that are part of Congalsa's DNA; the ideals, culture and commitment to the future that define our sustainability model. These values ​​are the result of 30 years’ experience in the seafood and frozen products sector and have become the fundamental pillars of our sustainable development strategy.

The protection of marine resources, the implementation of a continuous improvement model or the involvement with our human capital, share the spotlight with the presentation of our commercial brands, which propose different food solutions adapted to the needs of both professionals and consumers.

Through the creation of different scenarios and consumption moments, the intention is to communicate efficiently the capacity of our processes, the future perspective of our company and the added value of our brands: Ibercook Food Service, for the hospitality professionals, Ibercook Fun Food, the range of products designed to be enjoyed at home and Nowtural, the latest range of 100% natural products with sustainability as a fundamental attribute.

Pepe, Congalsa's innovation ambassador

For the recording of this new corporate video, we have had a wide participation of the company's staff, including one of our latest recruits, Pepe. It is a humanoid robot, specially designed for social interaction, who performs reception assistant functions. It is programmed to interact with people who visit Congalsa and he does so through conversation and different functionalities of its touch screen.

The incorporation of Pepe to the company’s daily life, responds to the desire to involve everyone visiting Congalsa to our commitment to innovation, as well as the confirmation of the technological revolution in which the company is currently immersed.
