Preheat the oven to 200ºC up and down with fan on. Paint with oil both sides of the rolls and place them on a baking tray in the center of the oven. Bake for 14-16 minuts. No need to defrost.

In a fryer or pan, heat the oil at 180ºC, add the mini spring rolls and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. For a more even finish, turn them over half way through.
