Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Place the anchovies, without defrosting, on the baking tray with baking paper. Bake at medium height, with heat up and down without fan, about 10-12 minutes.
Fry in plenty hot oil (160-170ºC) for about 1:30 - 2 minutes. Turn them halfway through the frying to form a crisper cover. Fry in small quantities to prevent the oil from loosing temperature.
