Preheat oven to 180ºC, place the nuggets on a baking tray with baking paper and cook for about 14-16 min. No need to defrost.
For best results cook from frozen.Fry in hot oil (180°C) for approx 3 mins, until golden brown. Turn half way through for a more even finish.
