Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Place the prawns, without thawing, on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet. Bake with fan option on. Place the tray at mid-height and bake for 8 minutes approximately. Turn them half way through baking.
For best results cook from frozen. Fry in hot oil (180 ºC) between 3-3'30 minutes. Turn them over halfway through frying to form a crispier coating.
