Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Place the battered fillets, without defrosting, on the baking tray with baking paper. Bake at medium height, with heat up and down without fan, about 13-14 minutes.nutes.
Place the product without defrosting in the airfryer basket. It is not recommended to overfill the basket. Set the air fryer to 180ºC and 10 minutes. Carefully turn halfway through cooking. Brush or spray with a light coating of oil. Brush with egg for a golden finish.
Fry in plenty hot oil (160-170ºC) for about 3-4 minutes. Turn them halfway through the frying to form a crisper cover. Fry in small quantities to prevent the oil from loosing temperature.
