Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Defrost the fillets and cook seasoned to taste. Bake at medium height, with heat up and down without fan, about 10-12 minutes.
Place the product without defrosting in the airfryer basket. It is not recommended to overfill the basket. Set the air fryer to 180ºC and 4 minutes. Carefully turn halfway through cooking. Brush or spray with a light coating of oil. Brush with egg for a golden finish.
Defrost the fillets before batering or breadcrum coating. Fry in plenty hot oil (160-170ºC) for about 1:30 - 2 minutes. Turn them halfway through the frying to form a crisper cover. Fry in small quantities to prevent the oil from loosing temperature.
